The Summerland group had their hands full trying to adjust to life with children now in their house. A breakfast routine was quickly established and a plan was offered to find activities for the kids to do for the summer. But with a scantily clad fashion model on the premises and a hot tub bubbling with romance some changes may have been overlooked. This episode tests everyone's ability to cope. Nikki refuses to join in and Bradin comes home drunk. Johnny takes his eyes off Derrick for a minute and Derrick tries to send himself to heaven. Emotions run the gamut from fear to frustration. Throw in short tempers coupled with a side order of self blame and it sets up everyone starting to doubt whether this arrangement will work. But a new awakening surfaces and with it new responsible parental figures begin to emerge.
